Tark was the 1st thing I thought of reading this - not to say SMC did no wrong, but compared to the freak show in Miami & other big schools...
For #@$%'s sake, UNC was documented providing ficticious classes & changing grades for 18 years! The NCAA is OK w/ that, yet the Orange County DA may be pursuing criminal charges against involved parties.
