This is kind of like saying Jill Stein got the most votes for president behind Barack Obama, Mitt Romney and Gary Johnson.

Maybe they've seen the writing on the wall re: Catholic 7 and are now positioning to be with the football Big East.
I realize they'd probably have to add another 2 or 3 women's sports to be balanced but they have to start somewhere.

Quality post.
Eight Legger wrote:Nice try, combining VCU's endowment with MCV's. And it's still a third of ours. I'm sure MCV is anxious to take all of its scientific research endowment money and use it to fund an expansion of the Siegel Center or create an endowed coach's position for the Almighty Shaka. Give me a break.

Eight Legger wrote:The Robins Center is not a dump. It's 40 years old and needs some lighting enhancements and some video/audio enhancements along with some suites, and that's what will be added in this expansion. All of our seats are permanent, as opposed to the Seagull Center's bleachers, which fold up like a cheap tent after the game is over. But I'm not here to criticize your arena. It's a great environment, but it's much smaller and aluminum looking than the Robins Center.

Not going to begin to be a possibility unless and until the Redskins abandon their new Richmond off-season facilities. And of course those haven't even been constructed yet.
