You hear guys like Brando say you need St. John's & Georgetown relevant. Like Ohio State & Michigan in football in the Big Ten and USC in the Pac-12. If that is true, it will be a huge for Val Ackermann in the TV deal.

Some have said and it's true Villanova in 2016 & 18 gave rebirth to the Big East as a power. This year the Big East has 3 teams in the Sweet 16, one of them isn't the regular & tourney champs. (sorry about that ) and Villanova is not part of it this year.

Thirteen ACC football games will air Saturdays on the CW, which will broadcast 28 ACC men's and women's basketball games throughout December, January and February. The ACC will have men's basketball doubleheaders on the CW every Saturday, and women's basketball doubleheaders on Sunday afternoons.

That could be a rough season as far as viewership goes. Only die hard fans are going to know to look for games there. Obviously it won't be the high profile games either so maybe those are the only fans who would have been watching anyway.
