I think this may be a first for the realigned Big East. We've only had a handful of 5 Top 25 weeks prior to this year, and I doubt any of them were all top 20.

Quite ironic that out worst OOC performance is resulting in our most represented AP poll. Only thing missing is a team consistently in the top 5.

I said right before conference play began that this could be one of those years where we could have multiple second weekend teams. I still feel that way with the way our seeds may shake out. It's just unfortunate that our bottom this year was one of the worst it's been since 2013.

You actually need a bad bottom to have the top that we do right now. Those years when Nova dominated and everyone else beat the crap out of each other led to 4-5 teams ranked 7-10 seeds.

We got a little lucky because UConn was so good in the non-con, but has taken a lot of losses in league play to the top teams. Plus, having several teams well below everyone else helps as well.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.

Right. Worked out perfectly to have UConn be the 5th place team with 7 losses after their OOC play.

This is no shot at Villanova, yet it's outstanding to see others doing great. Need a run in the ncaa tournament.

February 17th 2020 was close..

12 Nova
15 Creighton
16 Seton Hall
19 Marquette
21 Butler

5 out of 10 instead of 11, with Providence and Xavier looking strong. Georgetown, SJU, and DePaul were the bottom that year and finished the season at 66, 67, and 94 in Kenpom.
