Is it me or has Gus way cut back the number of games he's calling this winter? It seems really noticable.

Maybe he has worn out his welcome? I can only get excited for a 3-pointer so many times when someone yells at me.

Anyway, I saw Chuck Harris was practicing yesterday, but the Dawgs are +10.5, so something else is up.

I don't think he's doing any weekday games... mostly just Saturday's and seems to be every other Saturday.

He's in a masters program at Harvard so cutting back on college basketball games makes sense (this was the reason he didn't do any NFL this year either). There is going to be a special on that on FOX prior to the Michigan State @ Michigan game on Saturday night that Gus is calling.

I haven't seen Joe Davis do anything college basketball games this year - has anyone? Mostly Jason Benetti, Tim Brando, Kevin Kugler, Brandon Gaudin and a little bit of Gus Johnson this year for PxP

Ahh, that makes sense.

Yeah haven't seen Joe Davis doing anything- he might be taking a month break before getting back to do the Dodgers. (man, how lucky is Fox to have him?- he's so good on baseball and football). Fox loses Buck and upgrades in both baseball/football IMO.

Jays favored at PC? Line is moving to the Friars and it probably should. If CU somehow pulls out a victory tonight, my expectation level ramps up.

Just a reminder that tonight and tomorrow last chance to make an impression on the committee prior to that sweet 16 reveal on Saturday. Guess an outside chance for Creighton to get a 4 seed on the reveal with a win tonight. The Marquette/Xavier game tomorrow really big in terms of that reveal.
