Can we start a pool on who the Hoyas will beat this year? I have watched them play a couple of times and actually think the pieces aren't too bad. It better not be us on Monday night.

However, it's like Georgetown is the opposite of "sum > parts". In this case, the "parts > sum". Obviously the fault is coaching so when does Patrick get gently nudged aside?

It would be really something if the answer to your poll is Villanova.

So many streaks are getting broken this season, it wouldn't surprise me.

I don't think Georgetown goes winless. They have the talent to compete with many BE teams on any given night. As a league, we just have to hope that that victory against a top-5 team.

Next game is at X, so probably not that one. Home vs. DePaul on Jan. 24.

I honestly thought Georgetown was going to win.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me a lot of times, shame on Patrick Ewing.

Ewing has a completely different roster this year (of transfers) and three new assistant coaches. Same Results.

He needs to ride this $4 Million salary gig as long as possible because the job offers are going to be few and far between going forward.

We were told by one poster that we just didn't get it when we critiqued Ewing and just wait and see because Ewing now has turned over the roster to his guys. Well, here we are...it's not been great.

Copied from Twitter. Can anyone confirm?

Rumors circulating that Georgetown center Qudus Wahab has quit the team and has left the school.
