What happened with Xavier's Jake Walter?

I'm hearing rumors that Jake Walter, 7 footer from Cov Cath in NKY, is getting his scholarship revoked by Steele. Anybody know anything about this?

Ironically just heard a story about this the other day from someone who lives in his area. Apparently he was involved in a consensual situation with a girl who was not yet of age. Her parents found out and due to his age it was considered illegal activity (not sure of the actual charge) and it cost him a lot!
