Paul Scruggs has officially committed to Xavier. He is the 31st ranked player in the class of 2017 according to Scout.com. Xavier was recruiting him as a PG.

Xavier now has 5 commitments in the 2017 class, and essentially one at every position. This should end up a top 15 class when it is all said and done at a minimum.

Way to go Xavier... Hitting 'em out of the park.
