2nd DC-area commit in a week for Oliver Purnell as they get a pledge from Arlington, VA PF Oumar Barry.
Allegedly had offers from the likes of Cincinnati, Rutgers, Wichita State, Xavier, and the mighty Towson State Tigers, whom he visited last weekend.
