6'8 F Cole Huff from Nevada is transferring. He averaged 12 ppg, 5 rpg. Shot 40% from 3 and 82% from FT. Would have to sit out a year and have 2 years of eligibility remaining. Visiting Creighton this weekend, followed by Iowa and Dayton. Interest from Michigan, Vanderbilt and UCLA as well.

Down to Creighton or Iowa. Iowa visit starts tomorrow. Reports are he enjoyed his visit to Creighton very much. He likes the offense and the facilities.

Feeling optimistic on this. Huff and Watson will be key contributors in 2015. Kid can shoot the ball.
Huff averaged 12.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Nevada in 2013-14. He shot 45.1 percent from the field and a team-best 40.3 percent from the 3-point line.

Congrats....some nice athletes coming into the mix for CU next couple of years.
"In the Big East, I’ll have a chance to prepare for the next level. I’ll be playing at NBA arenas against NBA-type talent on a nightly basis. This is going to be extremely beneficial for me if I take care of my business."
