In the off chance that anyone ever looks here, Creighton hosted Nebraska and drew an NCAA record regular-season crowd of over 14,000. People in this state love volleyball. WIsh the BE would get behind it.

Yesterday in #BIGEASTvb, Marquette beat #10 USC and Villanova topped #21 Utah.

It's the first time the #BIGEAST posted 2 top-25 VB wins on the same day since its 2013 reconfiguration.

That doesn't include Creighton's 3-1 win vs. the top "also receiving votes" team, Iowa State.

Big East earned two national seeds for the NCAA tournament. Creighton #9, Marquette #14.

The BE is one of only 3 conferences to have multiple national seeds (Big10-5, Pac10-4), so things are looking up! St Johns has an up and coming team and Nova looks good. I suspect Creighton and Marquette will remain strong for a while.
