There was absolutely no reason for Hurley to go down this road. I'm cheering for UCONN all the way this evening, and I respect Hurley as a coach, but - and I know I'm only a fan and he is who he is - but I can't believe UCONN could have possibly thrived by staying in the AAC versus coming back to the Big East.

Too bad. I had bought into the idea of Hurley having a whiny little bitch act on the court but being a stand-up coach off the court. But there is no f---ing way they could recruit like this in the AAC nor the teams in the AAC prepare them.

One trip to Wichita should teach anyone that.

UCONN really scored with Spencer and Castle. Two newbies playing like they’ve been with Hurley for 5 years

Congrats Uconn! My excitement level isn't as high as it should be because I 100% expected this since early February...
