Jerry Palm is not good, but he's not one of the worst. They've got him sitting at 34th out of 65 long standing bracketology reports, at the moment.

Half of the new conference in the NCAA this year would be great.

The NCAA's own mock selection committee has ranked these teams to be in the tournament. Took them 15 hours apparently but their criteria is as close as you'll get to the actual committee's.
