Not even close to the smallest arena in the Big East. Villanova plays a great majority of their games at the on campus Pavilion which seats 6,500 or so, and St. John's plays half their games on campus at Carnesecca Arena which seats 5,600.

Yet both use options for larger arenas. Villanova only plays a great majority at the Pavillion when it is making sure Wells Fargo does not count as a home court, in order to go for a NCAA slot at Wells Fargo. They played three games there this last season for that reason, but it is usually more.

Saint Louis took a "capacity hit" as well when they moved back on-campus. ScottTrade is a huge basketball arena compared to Chaifetz.

I'm glad they did, quite frankly.

Scott Trade is kinda dumpy IMO, it was a good move for SLU.

It just never changed. What it is now is what it was then.
