I just think it's pretty comical that you post saying a reminder that Lunardi isn't the most accurate one, then a day later posts saying that a site is badass- but is 57 spots worse than Lunardi- and one of the 10 WORST ones.

And to quote from Clay Travis, I'm sorry you are such a pussywillow that you can't take what I'm saying. Gotta love that you are so pro-censorship.

Team Rankings predicts a #1 seed for both Villanova and Butler after UNC's loss last night.

A lot of basketball to be played obviously. I also distrust the NCAA Selection Committee after how they've treated Butler in the past, but it's hard to not be excited right now. 8-)

teamrankings.com is a joke, and I hope it's never mentioned when talking bracketology.

I'm high on Marquette right now. I'm thinking that they finish 10-8 in conference, win a game in the BE tournament, and finish with an RPI in the mid 40's.

Marquette is rated a lot higher on many of the power rating systems than on RPI. There's a reason for that. I think that when the committee looks past RPI, they'll see a lot of good things and will not have a problem giving them a bid - even if they lose a game this week.

Nope that wasn't me. I was responding to someone else's pimping and repeating his "badass" description of the site. "Badass" isn't normally a part of my vocabulary. I was just having some fun with the site and laughing at Syracuse. If anything gives me an excuse to mock the Orange, then I think it's a good thing.

Let's face it. All of these "bracketology" websites are just to give us something to talk about. The term "bracketology " itself is a joke and I see the whole thing as just for laughs. The only people who take any of it seriously - I hope - are gamblers.

None of these "bracketologists" know any more about what's going to happen than you and I do. They just can't be taken seriously. :D

That is a badass site.

I really like this guy for a couple of reasons. First, he has 7 Big East teams "safely in." Gotta raise a glass to that. 8-)

Second, he has Syracuse in his first 4 out. That gives me a nice warm feeling because it can only mean that St John's cost the Orange a bid. If Syracuse wins that game, they're in. To think, this could be Boeheim's last season and he could go out with a bitter taste in his mouth because the Johnnies blocked him from the tournament. Oh, the pain. The humanity. Cry me a river.

Here you go. You were saying???

And Frankly, the RPI has moved out of “disaster” territory and into a respectable range as long as they win 1/2 this week.

More importantly, the teams that are projected "out" right now are just don’t have close to the record vs. the top 100 or top 50. Hell, Georgia Tech is under strong consideration and they have worse losses, not as good of wins, and worse record vs. Top 50 and Top 100, with an RPI in the mid 90s.
