I think that's pretty predictable quite frankly. Obviously the Spanish audience would be huge. Also probably when the score got to be like 2-0 30 minutes in, think a lot of the casual American fans were like click.

Here's a direct quote: "The audience for Xavier games continues to grow as viewership of Big East events on Fox and FS1 is up 29% from a year ago and 89% over the past two years."

Percentages, not numbers, but you can't argue with the overall trend.

What happened is Fox seemed to change their tune a bit this year- and instead of having stuff like the Big East final on FS1, had it on Big Fox. Which is great for the Big East obviously. Fox has seemingly moved on from having to have everything on FS1 and is having more and more on Big Fox. Which is huge.

That helped with Copa as well.

it's funny- it seems so backwards- having more of the better games on Big Fox- you would think that would hurt FS1- but I think in some ways it helps. Because if a person is watching a Big East game on Big Fox- they're seeing ads for the Tuesday night Big East game on FS1 as well- featuring one of the teams they're watching today on Saturday.
