If you are worried about location for getting tickets, I would pull the trigger now if I were in your spot. If you end up going somewhere else, you will have no problem getting rid of the tickets (and you might end up with a little extra coin as well.)

Only tickets that are left are resale and if you can get them thru your school, so either buy right after they announce or wait for them to go down closer to the games. (Waiting for them to go down only works when your in a pod with no big travel teams. (If your pod has Kentucky good luck if you aren't ready to buy as soon as they announce! )

Still some nose bleed seats left in a few pods, but they go really fast as the seeds shore up.
Lets go Dawgs!

He moved PC to a lock, only Butler on the bubble, which I'm not buying honestly. If Cincy beats UConn, Butler is in no matter what happens Thursday.

If Cincy beats UConn, Butler just wouldn't be compared to Cincy any longer. Head to head wouldn't override everything.

Cincy would have a mid 30's RPI, 8 top 100 wins, 3 top 50 wins. 30ish ken pom rating
Butler would have a 50 RPI, 6 top 100 wins, 4 top 50 wins. Mid to upper 30's ken pom rating.

Now Butler, like Cincy probably both are in regardless of what happens on Thursday/Friday in my opinion. They are both 8+ teams in right now. A Cincy win/Butler loss, and Cincy will almost certainly be ahead of Butler in seeding in the tourney.

If Cincy wins and Butler loses.... right now both are on the 9 line with Lunardi......

Cincy would move up likely to the 8 line.....
Butler would likely fall to the 10 line....

Head to head isn't the only criteria by any stretch of the imagination.

man look at the 2nd rd projected by Lunardi.....
Kansas/Wichita-Butler
Duke/Iowa
Indiana/Texas
Xavier/Dayton
UNC/Providence-Colorado
Kentucky/Maryland
West Virginia/Wisocnsin
Oregon/Seton Hall
Virginia/South Carolina-Cincy
Purdue/Iowa St
Utah/Baylor
Oklahoma/Notre Dame
Villanova/St Mary's-Vandy
Texas A&M/Cal
Miami/Arizona
Mich St/Texas Tech

where do I sign up for that? 16 games, and really outside the 2 games with Nova and X- extremely competitive games.

Although i think any of us can beat any team out there, I think it would be better if our Big East teams don't get matched up against Big 12 teams.

With all the other conferences, I'm good with pretty much any matchup.

Also, we know that Villanova, XU and Seton Hall can do damage, but Butler is completely underrated. Butler making the NCAA second round is an automatic, and unless they draw Oklahoma i see them in the Sweet 16 comfortably. Opponents won't know how to deal with Rosie, and once they do, Dunham will burn them. It's a different story in the Big East, cuz we all know them.

Today's ESPN bubble watch has 4 Big East locks and 1 with work to do (Butler).

AAC has no locks, not even any they think should be in... I still think they'll get 2-3 in, but man what a disaster.

the thing will be for any 7-10 seed(so quite possibly SH, PC, and Butler)- they are going to have a 2/6 shot of seeing either Kansas or Oklahoma 2nd round. Say PC and Butler are on the 8/9 lines like projected right now. Kansas a 1 seed. Nova a 1 seed. It would take great luck to have PC/Butler to not be in the same pod as Kansas. Same goes for say Seton Hall as a 7 seed. Xavier a 2 seed, Oklahoma a 2 seed. Seton Hall would have a 1/3 shot to be in with Oklahoma. And lets say PC beats Butler. PC now a 7 seed, Butler a 10 seed. 1 of the 3 BE teams in the 7/10 line would have to see Oklahoma in 2nd round guaranteed(as long as Xavier is a 2).
