If you are worried about location for getting tickets, I would pull the trigger now if I were in your spot. If you end up going somewhere else, you will have no problem getting rid of the tickets (and you might end up with a little extra coin as well.)

Cincy would have a mid 30's RPI, 8 top 100 wins, 3 top 50 wins. 30ish ken pom rating
Butler would have a 50 RPI, 6 top 100 wins, 4 top 50 wins. Mid to upper 30's ken pom rating.
Now Butler, like Cincy probably both are in regardless of what happens on Thursday/Friday in my opinion. They are both 8+ teams in right now. A Cincy win/Butler loss, and Cincy will almost certainly be ahead of Butler in seeding in the tourney.

With all the other conferences, I'm good with pretty much any matchup.
Also, we know that Villanova, XU and Seton Hall can do damage, but Butler is completely underrated. Butler making the NCAA second round is an automatic, and unless they draw Oklahoma i see them in the Sweet 16 comfortably. Opponents won't know how to deal with Rosie, and once they do, Dunham will burn them. It's a different story in the Big East, cuz we all know them.
