One helluva win for DePaul tonight! Great for the BigEast to get a win vs a very good A10 team. But now, I kind of want to be real here, don't get me wrong I LOVE this win by DePaul and it was a beatdown from start to finish. However, I have a feeling that this win will end up looking a lot like St. John's' win over Syracuse or Creighton's win last year over Oklahoma. Great win but they may have caught lightning in a bottle for a night and it inflates fans' expectations. I still think this DePaul team plays on Wednesday night in New York but we'll see. Helluva win for Dave Leitao, no way this happens under Purnell.

DePaul fans like me enjoy reading this board, but refrain from posting because of the sheer embarrassment of what the program has been. Not worth posting when what everyone else says is true...some posts may be considered trolling, but I personally am more upset with what we are than at anyone in particular. Tonight was a nice win...first game I decided to watch (turned on with about 3 min left in first half) since the South Carolina game. I called this team toothless on both our boards this week and while I'm ecstatic with a nice win tonight, I'll be more ecstatic with a team that begins to show some consistency and learns to win. The only way to silence those who have a reason to mock DePaul is to win games and prove your worth

Great wins all around, especially DePaul. I liked how St. John's played, even though it was a losing effort. Can't wait to watch you guys grow.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

The subtle bias BSpn was just called out on. I mean it's not like they're saying MSU dominated and it was a ho-hum game and X hit a buzzer beater, but to the casual fan that sees this, that might seem closer to the truth than what happened.

Congrats on a great win, just dominated all game and played tough.
Defense wins games, and DePaul's looked great tonight. The offense clicked too. Mid 2nd, a couple of bonehead plays by Darrick Wood (not Cain like i originally said)... bad miss with 20 seconds still on the shot clock, then next possession he had his head in the clouds and completely missed a pass... Leitao flipped and yanked him immediately.

Anyway, a really great win.

Problem is, the time to win games was November and December. From this point on any game depaul wins hurts the conference.

Good to see depaul play well tonight. I always liked their roster. They just need s real coach n

Can't you ever give Leitao some credit?! There's no way this would happen if Purnell were still on the sideline.

As an added bonus, 10 assists for Whitehead tonight. If that's a sign of things to come, the Pirates will be in good shape.

Seton hall put themselves in position to Dance in ooc play. One bad half against long beach is the only real flaw, but too care of business against some fringe football 5 teams and the big win v Wichita. I am satisfied.

Omaha guy,

Depaul has talent. we saw that tonight. Henry, Hamilton, Garrett are good players. The problem has never been the kids on the floor trying their best (despite what silks like to say).

Let's just hope they fix the real problem sooner rather than later.

You mean NovaBall?

He's gotta be pissed right now.

Why would I be pissed? I watch almost every depaul game and root for them to win. Good to see the kids get it one despite their disadvantage on the sideline. Great to see actually. Let's hope the depaul faithful can stop bashing the, and realize that this team has talent and the problem is on the sideline.
