Agreed re DePaul. At some point it will get its act together and we will be very happy that it is in the conference. Long term it is undeniably an asset to the conference. DePaul is certainly investing in its program. If the current coach can't figure it out, DePaul will be in much better position to hire a good coach with the new stadium.

Georgetown needs 12 more regular season wins to have any shot of making the tourney. Charlotte is 1. So 11 between BE play, UConn. That would get them to 18-13 end of RS. With what has happened so far, don't know why anyone would be expecting that.

You guys realize Ball has been banned from the Nova rivals board multiple times, right? Same issues over there. There's a simple solution from the mods if enough people are fed up with it.

all that's changed is the conference has more top teams. Like I've said all along- top to bottom doesn't mean squat. What matters is how good you are at the top of the barrel, and we're seeing that this season in spades. 3 top teams better than 1 top team and 5 good teams.

I had a feeling he probably was a poster who's been banned from other Villanova boards. It's rather easy to figure out the annoying posters who nobody wants around.

Unfortunately, they find their way to other boards, and will even manufacture several other screennames to come back to the boards where they've been banned previously. They're usually uncomplicated due to lacking self-awareness, and you can peg them after only a few posts. Shoot! I've also been known to peg them after only one post under their new moniker. Grow up and get a life.
