I think 3 teams will weather the season and remain ranked in the top 25, but one of the initial 4 will eventually drop out. The conference portion of the season will be rugged and the frontrunners are pitted against one another early, which may give the 2nd tier teams (6-8) a chance to sneak up the ladder a bit (6-Creighton, 7-Marquette, 8-Seton Hall). One of the 2nd tier teams will rise into the top 25-30 based on in conference wins over the top tier. I'm thinking Creighton (of course).

The ACC defectors are feeling nostalgic and the AAC mid majors are feeling very mid majorish compared to us. The only 2 legitimately bad teams this year are SJ and DePaul. Unreal. I thought this would be a down year for the Big East, but man have the teams shut me up and I love it. This is especially great publicity for Butler, PC, Xavier. They are all getting their well-earned time in the sun. Hopefully it pays dividends recruiting! I have total faith it will.

Don't you dare ever change gtmo. I love your optimism. That said, CU has as good a shot as anyone to wind up in that 5 spot. Best of luck to all in conference play until you play MU.

Iowa State jumps Providence by winning at Cincinnati.
Cincinnati stays locked at 22 after losing at home to Iowa State.
Cincinnati actually gained 2 spots the other week after losing to Xavier.
Cincinnati has beaten who, VCU and George Washington.
GW was exposed by DePaul.
VCU has no good wins.
Cincinnati keeps losing and just refuses to leave the Top-25.
Seriously, what's the deal with Cincinnati.
What has to f--kin happen for these guys to drop?
WTF??? RPI at 70. Just go the F away. Nobody wants to look at you anymore.
These 3 teams have beaten no one:
Cincinnati.
Pitt.
Louisville.
