Does anybody know a way to make avatars here? Every time I try to use a picture it isn't the right size. Any help would be appreciated.

It's pretty easy. Just use Microsoft paint- learn to copy, paste and edit it to your liking. It also allows you two save it as jpeg and reduce the size if it's too big. Once you do that, just upload it in that avatar thing in your control panel, it gives the allowable dimensions and size.
