Dayton fans i met at a URI game were really nice. They seem to really like and respect college hoops. Talented team. I think we should win if we don't have one of our zombie-like Brown games, but it should be competitive game, and anything can happen.

You know, during our Duke NCAA win in 97, i might have made a deal with the devil in mid 2nd half, saying if we won that game i didn't need another PC NCAA win for 10 years. Then during our following Sweet 16 game vs the Tenn Chattanooga Mocs i may have said if we won and made the Elite-8 i didn't need another NCAA win for 20 years. But I didn't think that it would really happen like that in reality. Point is, i am just ready for a freakin NCAA win...!

What, you didnt promise anything for a win over eventual national champs Arizona for PC to get to final 4?

i didn't want to get greedy, then changed my mind with around 4 minutes left, then we went on that 7-0 run on the Jamel Thomas 3 tying it... then i re-thought it and balked, because the deal would have been a Final Four and 30 years without an NCAA win...!

Could be a lot worse than a 3 point deficit, all things considered. Providence should be able to go back to man defense now and if they can keep Dunn out of foul trouble I think they'll pull it out.
