All blowouts, I hope Creighton can make it a game against Georgetown but I'm skeptical. Hopefully X vs. Butler will be good.

With all due respect Dunn proved he should've won the BE POY outright against my johnnies today

Haha, I know it's UCF and East Carolina but there are probably 1000 people max (and I'm being generous) at the game on ESPNU. #AMERICANRISING.

Before the other St. John's fans flame the board with excuse of injuries and Lavin hate I just wanna say great game by the friars and great coaching job by Cooley. He took everything that PC did wrong against St. John's the first two times and flipped the script.

I'm not upset like the majority of SJU fans. Sometimes the shots just don't fall. I still believe the johnnies can win a game or two in the big dance. Hopefully these next two games are closer.

I'm kind of glad these games are blacked out in Indy. Bad hoops in MSG so far.

Depends on what you mean by "bad hoops".
Creighton and DePaul had combined for only 16 turnovers last night (Creighton only had 5 turnovers...!), which seems like "good" hoops.
#4 Villanova hitting 17 three pointers seems pretty "good" and talented. Marquette had only a 15 hour rest between games.
Currently you have an efficient Friar team on the road that has to hold off an inevitable St John's run... great storylines, Dunn, Henton, Harrison, Obekpa, Jordan, etc...
What's not to like...?

P.S. Please don't turn into Stever's twin.
P.P.S. I'm at work, so I can't watch the game. Occasionally I get a chance to check the boxscore and read here.

Too bad you missed the game. The Friars were at their best. Henton and Dunn were awesome. Harris was his usual reliable self. But the big positive was Bentil. If he can play like this consistently throughout the postseason, PC will have raised their game to another level and will be really tough. The team was very tough on the glass.

MVP = Ed Cooley. His game plan took St. John's out of their transition game and frustrated their shooters. Not too much time to game plan and tea hit to the players. But EC showed last year that he can get a team ready quickly. Maybe he'll even dress better than JW.

Look to see if VU is hitting their 3's early. Short rest = tired legs. They really depend on their 3 point game a lot. If it's not there, they could be in trouble.

Marquette should be pretty good next year.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Freshmen are still freshman and there is still little upperclass leadership on the team (which, IMO, helps maximize the impact freshman could have). Still, the depth will certainly help. I think a year like Xavier's would be a great goal. 2016-17 is (hopefully) the bigger year.

If I were an opposing fan, I would LOVE to draw SJU in the BET or NCAA's knowing that there is a 99.9% chance they will lose in a high stakes game. SJU is anti-big game. In 4 years…0 wins in the BET. ZERO! How is this even possible? You would think they go on a run by accident one of these years for christ's sake. I don't care we made the tourney, we will lose immediately in that too. Lavin needs to pack his bags already.

But what will become of your screen name then?
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
