What it is- the final 4 at large teams play each other, while the bottom 4 16 seeds play each other.
I do agree it should be the bottom 8 teams. I'm hoping the F5 and BE push this to change quite frankly...

I agree. You did your job by getting the guaranteed bid by winning your conference tournament (or regular season in the case of the Ivy League). The play-in games should go to the last eight at-large teams.
