As for that screen, if anything that was a moving screen, he moved right into Woods and any ref is not going to call something that stupid late into the game.

there was NO tap

it was OBVIOUS in the replay

There was definitely a tap. Might want to check your prescription bud.
might want to check your glasses.. no touch.

and why shouldn't there be a call on someone getting slammed to the court in the last seconds... where is that in the rule book is that a non call?

Go home and give thinks to the refs for a gift tonight.
Whine whine whine.... The refs made plenty of bad calls/no calls in the jays favor too. If I wanted to thank anyone for the gift it would be coach Mac for the terrible personnel moves down the stretch and the late game poor shot selection.

Nice try, I was watching on a 42ish inch tv there was without a doubt no tap. Come on man, I know you are a butler fan but just admit your team got a free one there. As well as the block that was a clear charge.

There was a tap, I had to replay it to make sure, I at first thought it was a no call, but you can definitely see his body move after the guy fouling him extends his arm out. I understand we got a gift, but as a ref you don't call that foul on Woods at the end, neither of them were even set so it was just a collision, refs aren't calling that.

Just take it for what it is, there were several plays that benefited Creighton during the game as well.

Whatever. It might mean something if your fans didn't feel the need to come on here and defend an obviously blown call.

Hope to see your seed slide a half dozen in the last month, Pal.

Watching you rant is like seeing Butler from last season. Having a losing record is no fun, have fun fighting for a bid to the CBI, Pal.

Agree to disagree. As for the second call I was actually talking about an earlier call were whichever Jay it was(cant remember) was set for a good 2 seconds and maybe, maybe made the slightest lean possible and was called for a block. I hope we see you guys in the big east tournament and send you home early. That said I hope you guys go deep in the dance as well as the other big east teams in the dance. We need a good showing this year.

Mystery "Push" and no call tackle at the end.. for starters

I agree the push shouldn't have been a foul, but they called a makeup call the very next possession on that mystery foul on Etherington. Creighton just blew it by missing the front end of the 1-1. No way that is a foul at the end on Woods. The screen was set up for a flop to try and draw that foul and the official didn't bite. You are fishing for that one. Overall it was a terribly officiated game IMO. Inconsistent and appeared to bounce from one makeup call to the next. That's kind of been the Big East this year though. At least it wasn't Jim Burr.

Edit: first sentence incorrectly said "should" instead of shouldn't.

With 18,000 fans like ChicagoJayFan, the CenturyLink should have signs that read "Welcome to Sore Loserville".

We know we are down this year and will be back next year. Let's see what you end up with next year.. hell, let's see this year. Seriously, You almost had a horrible loss tonight. Your O looked like dogshit all night. If our lousy defense can do it to you, anyone else can at this point.

The fact that you and your fellow fans feel such a need to defend an obviously blown call says it all. I'll be rooting for all your opponents from now on..
