How comfortable are we saying XU is solidly in the NCAA field?

I think they need to by Selection Sunday have at least a 19-14 record. They really need to split this week.

Just back from Cintas. Thought the Johnnies played an outstanding game. They sure pass my eye test as a Tournament team. Let's let the games play out.

PC holds serve at home vs. Seton Hall.

18-8 (8-5)

@DePaul, @Nova, Marq, @Hall, Butler

In good shape for an 11-7 finish or better.

Steve, what do you think the magic number is for PC? Let's assume they lose their first game in the BET just to play it safe. I was thinking 20 wins. Lose today and I get nervous. I'm still nervous because they have to get 2 more wins, but that's just comes with being a Friar fan.

Tough to say that X would be in playing the way they have in their last 10. They'll have to pick it up over the next few weeks to be solidly in. Can't see 20 wins getting them in.

I really want to say 19. The only thing giving me some pause in saying that is the fact that you guys have 3 bad losses already, and to get 19, you'd have to have a 4th now. I think as long as you guys beat DePaul and Marquette, you are in.

Not very confident. Patrick Stevens who is probably the best prognosticator of the field had X an 11 seed yesterday. I think they are in trouble. Too many bad losses.
