If you are paying attention he just dropped 33 on DePaul and has his swag back. We won our last two games without a big man on the floor. Also, we are a team who steps it up in February. Lets Go St. John's!!!!!

They might have had a chance of making the tournament heading into the BET, but that two-game sequence pretty much ended their season.
This season they face Xavier and Georgetown twice, so they don't lack for opportunities. Funnily enough, their home game against Xavier is almost a year to the day from that loss last year, but I don't expect the same result. Last year, Xavier really needed a road win for their resume (even though SJU did too). This year, Xavier won't be completely secure, but they'll have less urgency. Plus, I think Xavier will win tomorrow (*knock on wood*) and I don't expect Xavier to sweep SJU for two straight seasons.

They figure to meet Georgetown in their first game in the BE tournament, so it's likely that they actually have 3 games vs the Hoyas in front of them.

If they don't, which i fully expect, it still remains in the balance. No obekpa tomorrow I'm hearing, so I fear we might get smashed by Xavier and their bigs

They missed out last year because of a poor OOC showing. We are in a much better situation this time when compared to last year.
