just remarkable how the A10 bubble teams ALL are going in the tank. A10 has a very real shot at maybe only having 1 team make the tourney. And with how VCU is struggling, I wouldn't call them safe yet at all. And, I would say if VCU continues to struggle, they are going to be one of the toughest calls the committee has had to make in years..

LossSalle takes out VCU. They did it in two overtimes. And the game was played at VCU. I'm waiting for hell to freeze over.

I certainly want the Big East to distance itself from the Atlantic 10, but I don't enjoy seeing the Atlantic 10 fail this miserably. Duquesne won it's game tonight as well. And St. Joe's even pulled out a victory tonight.

I knew last year was and anomaly for the A-10, but I didn't think it would turn into this big of a hot mess this year.

I take it the Providence loss won't affect their resume much?

A10 will get at least 2 in. dayton and Vcu are solid right now. Dayton would be about an 8 seed and VCU in the 4-5 range. However, it is yet to be determined what the injuries will do to VCU going forward.

VCU has to beat both SLU and GMU, and get at least 1 other win I'd say. Otherwise- they could go in front of the committee yes with 20 wins, but with only wins over George Mason, SLU, and George Mason since all the injuries occurred. That seems a bit sketchy to me. And right now, I don't think at all VCU would be in the 4-5 range. A lot of the brackets done today before the game had VCU as a 5 or 6 with even one at a 7. That's just going to keep on dropping. Dayton probably more in that 9-10 range.

Going off the premise that the Committee decides team's inclusion without consideration for injuries, VCU will make the tournament. Their seed is going to suck, though, compared to what they were expecting just a couple weeks ago.

I found it pretty funny too. I think Xavier's chances just improved significantly by avoiding the bad loss and improving the (poor) road record

VCU definitely tests that, especially if they only beat GMU and SLU down the stretch. I'll say this- if that is in fact what happens, VCU shouldn't make the tournament.

Huh? The committee definitely takes injuries into account especially if they have a sample size of the team with out that player like they will for VCU.
