Will PC and DePaul play on Tuesday night?

This is a must win game for DePaul to get to 6-3 in conference play as they still have a shot at the NCAA Tournament if they can stay in the top 4 in the Big East.

This is a must win game for DePaul to continue down the path of turning the corner. I appreciate the enthusiasm and DPU certainly has more than a few top 50 wins, but to believe they have a shot at the tourney at this point is time is misguided IMO. If they finished the season at 14-4, 13-5 or 12-6 they'd probably get mention of teams on the rise, but our only shot at NCAAs is to win conference tourney

That said, this is a sneaky game on Thursday...a 2PM start time is certainly to DPU benefit from a road team perspective as I'll be shocked to see more than 4-5K at this game

If DePaul got to 14-4, they would be 20-11. The RPI forecast only goes to 19-12- there it's a 64 RPI. I would have to think that at 20-11, about a 50 RPI. Might need to win that 1st game to get in the tourney- but I wouldn't say at all they would need to win the tourney.

Agree with the loss of some of the home court advantage. 9:00 PM on a Tuesday was going to be hard enough. 2:00 PM on a workday will bring in a terrible crowd. I was actually hoping they would just play it in Alumni Hall. Small gym and that would be packed and loud (also where the team practices every day).

I think they just announced that the band made it to Providence from NYC so the Dunk is open on Thursday.
