If Fox wanted to help out FoxSports1 they would have had this game on FS1 rather than Fox. In my mind, they kind of blew a great opportunity for those outside of the Big East markets to find FS1 on their dials.

If Fox wanted to help out FoxSports1 they would have had this game on FS1 rather than Fox. In my mind, they kind of blew a great opportunity for those outside of the Big East markets to find FS1 on their dials.

I agree, but it's a catch 22. They will get much more bang for their buck short term by putting it on Fox. The Big East gets better exposure and most of us want more of our games on big Fox. I think they are trying to strike a balance.

It was always scheduled to be on Fox, it's not like they realized it was going to be his 1000th win and they switched it. We play Providence this sat on Fox and we play I think X later in the year on Fox again. Fox prime wants BE basketball now that FB is over.

I thought Northwestern-Butler was a good rating. It was on the same time as something called the SEC Title Game.

Like I said before- Duke most likely made it a requirement that this game was on Fox Network vs FS1. If Fox had balked, Duke would have said thanks but no thanks.
