NC2A lining up whipping boys for UNC

The NC2A has 20 schools under investigation for academic fraud. 20! 18 are Div1 and are currently being sorted into a proper "pecking order", so that each will receive the proper amount of punishment for North Carolina's 18 years if cheating.
