I just gave some sympathy for hart given how he was completely mauled right before the incident and it looked more reactionary than planned. But go ahead and add him to your list.

But I do agree that Gibbs' punch was wrong, and Delgado has to realize that he is playing basketball, not soccer.

Anyway, I am more concerned about deangelo Harrison's constant crying to the refs and trash talking in Tuesday than I am about Kevin Willard's merry band of floppers right now. And then I have to worry about watching a big east basketball game with Oliver Purnell on the sideline without shedding a tear regarding how one school just doesn't put the needed effort into the sport as the other nine. Much bigger things on my mind the next coupke of weeks.

Like I said, we will see you hall fans on Presidents' Day. And this time we get the home cooking!

You're giving sympathy for Hart because you're looking at it through Nova-blue glasses. He didn't get "mauled." It was the typical, physical battling for a rebound that is common and expected in the Big East. There was nothing excessive. And even we were to give him a really generous benefit of the doubt and say the kick wasn't intentional, how can anybody possibly find the stomp that followed to be anything other than planned?

Also, I find it really amusing that you keep accusing Seton Hall of being floppers (sour grapes much??) when your team has players that do this:

And there was more of the same going on yesterday. Maybe 1 of the fouls that kept Delgado on the bench most of the game was legitimate, and they were game changing as they left Ochefu no competition on the board. If Delgado plays his normal minutes, it probably takes away at least 10-15 of Nova's 2nd chance points.

I see flops better than that on WWE Raw

As a St. John's fan I just wanna say you can bash Harrison all you want but he is an incredible kid who got kicked off the team and has made major strides with his anger. He rarely lashes out at refs unless it is a close game late he gets intense, and I don't blame him for that.

Many St. John's fans who have been watching SJU ball for over 50 years say DLo is their favorite SJU player of all time. With Jordan gone, and Greene struggling, this is now his 3rd year out of 4 of being the only player on the team that can score.

You can hate him all you want but he is my favorite johnnie ever and I can't wait until he drops 40 and beats nova Tuesday!!!

Is that 6'7", 260 lb Pinkston flopping like a rag doll? He needs better dance moves than that.

We?..... Is this Randy Foye?

It stands for We The People Who Root For villanova.

Similar to, "We The People From Long Island Who Root For Saint John's" and "We The a People From New Jersey Who Root For Seton Hall." As it is written in the preambles of our fan constitutions.

You up to date now?

Nah dude, not even close to being up to date and i can say I never heard of anything more idiotic than a "fan constitution".

Actually I stand corrected because using "WE" when talking about a team you aren't a part of no matter how big a fan you are is quite stupid.

Wow, that's some pretty sweet trash talking, secured aback, I now feel gr8 shame.

Anyway, college sports is the one time when it is acceptable to us the term we, as many fans have a connection to the program in their degree. Unlike pro sports where you simply go to the store and buy a team's hat.

But you really bring it hard, so I will back off when dealing with you!

Lots of crying from deangelo last night at the garden. Moreso as he was flopping around on the ground in pain (only to return to the game shortly thereafter). I was expecting more crying at the officials, but it looks like the red storm fans are picking up the slack for him in the game thread.

Anyway, off to face one of the biggest villains in the conference, Mr. Oliver Purnell. Guy is robbing depaul blind, he should be indicted for theft.

Xavier fans putting sterling Gibbs on their list after that blatant flagrant foul in the first half tonight.

Must run in the Gibbs family

Eh, not really. It was a hard foul, that's it.

Arch from nova. Can't stand the flopping he does.

This is a rare year though I like pretty much every team in the big east except nova. Georgetown is usually the team I hate and I don't like trawick but I like all the freshmen they brought in and respect what josh smith was able to do with himself. I like the hoyas. Providence hands down most likeable team in the big east for second straight year.

Agreed, bmorex! I firmly believe that 95% of the Xavier fans at the game appreciated the mutual respect shown by the players for one another --- helping opposing players off the floor, shaking hands, etc. Muskie players seemed to understand that "hard fouls" are just part of the game sometimes.
