why? I think the info I posted was actually pretty positive....

if we go 2-3 today....
this year we'd have 2 0 loss teams to 1 last year.
this year we'd have 7 0-1 loss teams to 1 last year.
this year we'd have 9 0-2 loss teams to 6 last year.

That's a pretty damn good improvement from last year. If it's the one day saying that 2-3 is realistic- 1 day doesn't make a whole OOC season(good or bad).

I have this weird feeling that PC is gonna pull this off. Good luck Friars!

Didn't think Providence had much of a chance. But goodness.

Blue Demons hold off Stanford, 87-72.

Yeah, I don't get it, either.

Wow, didn't think DePaul would win, don't know how good Stanford will be but nice unexpected win nonetheless....now go Marquette!

- If Providence was healthy, maybe it could be close. Without Dunn, hopefully they keep it under 20

DePaul vs Stanford: 2:30 ET: FS1
- Stanford is an 8.5 point favorite, here is to hoping Garrett can carry DePaul to a W

Marquette vs Tennessee: 4:00 ET: ESPN2
- Marquette seems bipolar, here is to hoping its Jekyll and not Hyde

Xaver vs LBSU: 4:00 ET: ESPNU
- Revenge games are always scary, and LBSU is athletic as can be. Hoping X is more aggressive than they were Friday.

Villanova vs Delaware: 4:30 ET: FS1
- good luck Delaware

Um, you had the wrong Big East team as bipolar, it was DePaul and not Marquette.

The thing I wonder is which one is more important to the committee?
The good win- vs Stanford
The bad loss- vs Lehigh

The Friars were up by a few thru most of the first half, and stayed as close as 6 with around 10 to play.

The DePaul score was great to see. 15 point win. Huge for the conference. I thought Stanford was supposed to be pretty good.

Marquette up by 7 on Tennessee late first.

Xavier and Villanova both still early.

Up 5 at half. We played awful for the first few minutes. Happy to see things coming together.

Good luck X!
Good luck Nova!
Nice win DePaul!
