Simply put, you could deduct the stipends from the ADs and highest coach's budgets. The benefit of recruiting outweighs the cost of lower pay for coaches and other staff.
That is just one theoretical. But point being, for most in A-10 and AAC, the benefit outweighs the cost.

This additional cost will be paid for through increased ticket prices. You and I will foot the bill, not in this year's ticket prices as they have already been set, but next year and beyond. There will be on deduction from the AD's and highest coach's budgets. Staff salaries won't be lowered. Open your wallet guys, the tax man is coming, again.

Then the AAC is finished and we can stop all that nonsense. Plus Wichiturd, with no way out as Gonzaga joins the Mountain West, can spend the next decade wailing about the unfairness of it all, which to me would be a terrific bonus.

The AAC isn't going anywhere. The amount of pure hatred towards the AAC is just remarkable on here by some folks. Just hoping they fail. Why?

I agree with you Stever. Seems like a lot of jealousy towards the success the AAC had last year. They are and will continue to be a strong conference. Memphis is loaded for hoops this season and will be a contender to follow UConn's footsteps.
