Excellent showing tonight. It truly could have gone either way. On top of everything else towards the end, the Tarheel player throws up a second free throw that perfectly clanks back out to a teammate, or the same player. Things just didn't break the right way at the end. But great effort nonetheless.

They played hard, but the conference really needed the win. No moral victories. Sad to see Cotton go out, but if he had to go, that's a hell of a way to go.
