I actually have SFA beating VCU, they have experienced guard play and SFA has had time to prepare for Havoc. In fact, I have the lower seeds winning in all the games you mentioned.

I just don't see it. SFA's schedule is so weak(they've played 1 team in the ken pom top 122- 2nd best team they played was Towson). VCU has played 13 games since Feb 1, and 12 of the 13 games are better than Towson- with 7 games against tourney teams. SFA has to keep it close first few minutes.

Yesterday was a good day for the HoosierPal bracket. Only red X's so far are X v NC State (yeah I count the play in games) and St. Joes v UConn. Everything else is Green!! Only upset today I have is TN over UMass, and I probably will regret that pick. I have both 9's winning, but I don't consider 9 over 8 as an upset.

I'm with you on Tennessee over UMass. I don't think you'll regret it. :)

I think Tennessee is really talented, but Jekyll and Hyde. I went heavy A-10 early, so today will tell my story.

I agree.

I think they've stabilized, winning 6 of their last 7. Their only loss in that string was to Florida. In contrast UMass has come into the tournament losing 3 of their last 5.

a lot of that is schedule...
Miss St
Vandy
Auburn
Missouri
South Carolina
Iowa
really only 2 decent teams in that mix.

UMass last 7- 4-3 but losses to 3 tourney teams(Dayton, SLU, GW), and win over VCU in the mix.

There is not one good team on the Tennessee list you mentioned. I think Tennessee has more talent than UMass...but who knows which Vols team shows up?

Freakin Duke... they get to play in Raleigh... clowns... they're whole offense is to shoot 3's then try to get offensive rebounds with the aid of fouls that are rarely called... Mercer is tied with them with 7:20 left...

Duke has no inside game... they pass around the perimeter for 25 seconds then launch a 3, and pray for a long rebound on a miss... Mercer should be up by 10... Duke has had 2 points in the paint since I've been watching at the 15 minute mark... 21 points on 6 three's and 1 layup/foul... Duke up 3 with 3:10 left, Mercer ball... whiny sourpuss Coach K on the sidelines...
