Nova should foul if they make the free throw

Damn, 3 OT wins for Villanova....have a feeling they won't lose again in the regular season. Good game. PC is in tourney trouble. This game and the UMASS game will haunt them. Win one of those and they would be in.

Such an entertaining game. Feel bad for PC as I think they needed this one for an at large and they had literally every opportunity to win.

Unbelievable game! Nova now 4-0 in OT games, 3 of which were on the road. Arcidiacono 21pts, 6asts, 1to. I was tough on him early in the season, but he has become one of Nova's most valuable players.

If Nova gets past St. John's on Saturday, they have a real shot at heading into the BET at 28-3 (16-2).

Just a tremendous basketball game. Providence played really tough. Really like Cooley as a coach and Cotton is tremendous. Really happy we got out of there with a win.

Crushing defeat for Providence. Just crushing. Those kids played their hearts out. But just too many bad turnovers.

Will it hurt their tournament chances? In the sense that it's a missed opportunity, yes. But it's not their last opportunity. In and of itself, losing to the #5 RPI team in double OT by 3 points is not a bad loss. In fact it's a pretty good loss as losses go.

It's pretty close to their last chance. Can't count on beating Creighton last game, and really needed 3 wins to wind up the season at 20-11. Now they have to beat all of Butler, Seton Hall, and Marquette. 19-12 losing 1 of those 3 probably just doesn't cut it w/o a huge tourney run(probably would need tourney final quite frankly)

Congrats Villanova, way to bounce back. Y'all got some moxie. Puts the pressure on the Jays tomorrow in Milwaukee. St. Johns cruising right now. everyone else is beating the shit out of each other. The battle for first and third place is going to be a bloody slugfest until the lights go out on senior nights.
