Coach Wright will probably have a few things to say to his team at the half.

Probably something along the lines of "WTF was that?"

Except Villanova's offense isn't keeping up at all, which makes it worse.

Takes a little bit of the sting out of the loss, doesn't it?

Just a bit!

Bad gameplan, too much switching against a dynamic 3-point shooting team. Though now we have to stay aggressive, hopefully they tire out and start turning the ball over a little bit.

Villanova has reached #2 in the country on Kenpom. They'll be in for a big fall at the rate this game is going.

It looks like the Wildcats woke up...only for Wragge to hit a 3. Feels familiar.

Offense finally woke up... Love those 13-0 runs to "cut" the lead to 15.

Love the fight of this Villanova team.

Creighton has surpassed the halftime score they had against Butler. Sweet last shot by Nova.

Lot of time left. Should be a great second half. GL to CU and VU.

Not sure anyone can pinpoint the reason we were less than 100%, but I would suspect the stomach bug going around that McDermott (I assume others too) had on Saturday probably had more to do with their performance than the travel. Not sure if that bug has cleared up yet. Additionally, it was very clear we missed Gibbs when playing from behind. Lastly, Providence played a really nice game at their home court. If everyone is healthy (other than Gibbs) and on their game, I expect a great battle tonight. I expect us to lose a close game just like I expect us to win a close game when Nova comes to Omaha. Although tonight or the return game I wouldn't be too surprised if the results are flipped. Just hope everyone is on their A game so we have some fun basketball to watch.

You obviously have never been to Rhode Island. Everyone gets that bug when they go there. Don't drink the water!!!
