Last weeks Big East games got better ratings....5 of the 6 games got a 0.1 rating. 73K-121K viewers. Surprisingly, the Villanova game got the worst ratings at 43K. Also, the Big East games seem to be getting better ratings then the PAC-12 games in general.

College football being over and pro football winding down most likely have something to do with that. I wonder what the Nova game was going up against. Cool about outdrawing the PAC12.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I wonder if Fox had visions of Monster SuperCross being it's highest rating getter for back to back weeks in January...

Good to see the Big East ratings climbing, even if it's at a very slow rate.

ESPN has been around for over 30 years, so have some patience.

I don't watch SuperCross but when I was going through channels, I noticed that they sold out the entire baseball stadium so there must be some interest....

So instead of broadcasting DePaul V Xavier, Fox Sports 1 is showing a NASCAR documentary here in the midwest. Really? The game has been demoted to regional branches. Are the ratings that bad?

Yea, It's pretty frustrating, at least ESPN would put it on ESPN3.com so people could stream it. FSN isn't even available on Comcast D.C.

In Omaha, one has to pay for a cable box to get high def channels and FS1. Without a box, people still get FSN. I wouldn't be surprised if FSN has a higher carriage than FS1 (It certainly has higher carriage that FS2, which I can't even get in high-def from my local cable provider here...)

I'm hoping the #s for the Nova-Creighton game were ok... people were jumping on social media going crazy about the Wraggebombs and the huge upset in the works, which I think drew in a lot of casual fans.

The thing is, this game was slated for FSN before the season. There is no reason at all that they couldn't have put it on FS1 yesterday. None. Nascar reruns and Crowd Goes Wild don't bring in anything. Not saying the Xavier/DePaul game would rate high but it couldn't do worse.

Also still frustrated that both Xavier at Creighton and GTown at Xavier were both sold to CBS before the season.
