Welcome to the "what the hell is going on with my team" club. Marquette and St. John's will get you a seat.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Just stop it already...How about giving a healthy SHU some credit. Fuquan played his @ss off in the second half & Gibbs did just enough to bring it home, not to mention Teague.

You can give Seton Hall credit and still wonder why Georgetown fell off a cliff. GTown was 14-4 in the Big East last season. They're 3-3 right now in a worse league. It's a big win for Seton Hall. Have been impressed with how they've played in conference. I just wish they didn't crap the bed in the non-conference because our 4th-best chance at getting a tournament bid just lost at home to a team with home losses against FDU and St. Peter's. How the hell did you lose those 2 games?

Speaking of healthy, G'Town is short a couple big players.

I said before everyone will likely crap the bed at least once but doing it at home hurts.

Pfft, you and your silly facts. No way Seton Hall needs 11-12 Big East wins. More like 13-14.

Sounds about right, Seton Hall, DePaul and now St. John's and Butler are bid killers. Any win by them will hurt NCAA bid chances. Maybe if Georgetown gets Smith back and start winning again, they could use the injury excuse that the NCAA sometimes gives bubble teams.

Not the best year for our two "marquee" teams (Marquette and Georgetown) to suck...

It sucks that Gtown, Marquette , providence and SJU are having down years, but blaming SHU if they don't make the tourn is ridiculous.

Well, while we are on that topic this is why I was really surprised that so many fans and journalists picked PC 7th preseason when PC had both Dunn and Austin. Creighton is what I expected. Villanova is much better than I expected (my view was probably influenced by the fact that PC beat them twice last year). Xavier might be a little better than I expected. Other than that, I'm really not surprised by where the other teams sit right now.

G'Town lost Otto Porter and Whittington didn't return. It's not always about the name on the front of the jersey, as much as some programs want it to be.

The coaches picked Xavier 7th. I think some of the old school big east coaches underestimated the new teams.
