The depaul freshmen intrigue me. Producing because someone has to score on a team that bad, or are they any good?
Friarfan2 wrote:Rysheed Jordan is not an elite level freshman. No way. We see this a lot under lavin, big hype, not much substance. Jordan might be good someday, Josh Hart already is good.
I don't care about the rankings. St John's fans should already know how little ranking translate into success.
Anyway, by 2018 I expect Josh Hart to be in the nba. By 2018 I would put even money on Rysheed Jordan playing for Temple or La Salle.

Have you watched him play? You don't think he is a talented? C'mon. Who did Lavin hype that does not have substance (just curious)? Jordan is already good. The kid can play both ways (great on ball defender). Every game they appear to be getting better and better and, it is no coincidence, he is getting better and better every game also.
2018? He won't be eligible for college but I can all but guarantee you he will be in the League.

Good point. I know they generally enter as juniors, but JUCOs always seem to be more like freshman to me. It generally takes them at least a semester to get their bearings and learn to play a little defense (defense is usually unheard of at most junior colleges).
For Creighton, the returning vets are making playing time hard to come by for the new guys. Brooks is the one guy who I think could break through and be a difference maker in the Big East.
