While I am always filled with a bit of trepidation playing in the Dome,this should be a GREAT game! Cats are playing good team ball. Let's hope they bring their A game!

Thank god for Villanova being the Big East savior this year with Marquette and Georgetown down. If Villanova can pull this win off, they definitely put themselves in #1 seed contender category.

yeah, we would be in a lot more trouble if Nova wasn't performing well.. But they have done great. Best start in what now 50 years or something crazy like that(thinking what 61-62 maybe I heard?) In some ways they came from no where.

Butler fans should be pulling for Nova big time in this one. If Nova beats Syr in an emotional game, I think there is a very good chance Butler knocks off Nova 3 days later. If they lose I think Nova shows up at Hinkle a little upset. Good news for Dawgs fans is that Wright has a winning record vs. Boeheim and Nova has had some success at The Dome over the past few years. If Nova hits over 35% from 3 they win this game IMO.

I'd feel a lot better if this game was at home or even on a neutral court. Should be a good matchup.

FWIW, we're pretty good up in the dome, 14-14 all time. Also aren't 3 or 4 of the top 5 all time attendance games in the Carrier dome Villanova games, IIRC? Jay has a winning record against Boeheim, and we usually do very well against their zone. Nova just seems to be that (ex)conference team that always gives them fits.

The only team that has won more games in the Carrier Dome than Villanova is Syracuse.
