Good thing you didn't include the a10 or the numbers would have been hugely skewed.

Never been concerned about the A-10. The day we start comparing ourselves with them is the day we become a mid-major conference.

Whenever people argue the A-10 is just as good as us, be sure to explain the difference in the caliber of programs. That's our calling card. We have historic teams with 25+ NCAA appearances, Final Four's and the like. The A-10 has competitive mid majors but the programs are 1 caliber down.

Mid-Major conferences don't have 10yr/$500M tv contracts.

2 for 1 again this weekend. Xavier and Creighton grab nice wins while the Hoyas get blown out in Lawrence.

vs. ACC: 3-2
vs. Big 10: 3-5
vs. Pac-12: 5-4
vs. Big XII: 2-4
vs. SEC: 4-3
vs. AAC: 2-0

Ahead of the ACC, SEC, Pac-12, and AAC. Behind the Big Ten and XII

OVERALL: 19-18

The calendar is moving toward New Year's Eve very quickly, but there is still some work to be done:

12/27: DePaul at Northwestern

12/28: Villanova at Syracuse
Wake Forrest at Xavier

Merry Christmas all!

Not bad for a conference that lost programs like UofL, Syracuse & Uconn in the off season. Future is bright!

2 for 1 again this week. Xavier and DePaul with wins as Nova falls in the Dome.

vs. ACC: 4-3
vs. Big 10: 4-5
vs. Pac-12: 5-4
vs. Big XII: 2-4
vs. SEC: 4-3
vs. AAC: 2-0

Ahead of the ACC, SEC, Pac-12, and AAC. Behind the Big Ten and XII.

OVERALL: 21-19

February 1 is the last day of any non-conference match-ups against the other power leagues. Georgetown plays Michigan State at the Garden and Nova plays Temple.

So at worst .500 against fellow major conference opponents. Not bad considering this is probably a "down" year for the conference.

On the last day of non-conference games until the post season, the Big East comes up BIG. Nova downs Tempe and the Hoyas take out #7 Michigan State at the Garden.

vs. ACC: 4-3
vs. Big 10: 5-5
vs. Pac-12: 5-4
vs. Big XII: 2-4
vs. SEC: 4-3
vs. AAC: 3-0

Ahead of the ACC, SEC, Pac-12, and AAC. Tied with the Big Ten and behind only the Big XII.

OVERALL: 23-19

Not a bad non-conference record at all.
