Sounds like FS1 is going to do exactly this (I saw on the Creighton board):
Looks like Fox Sports 1 will be showing a marathon of classic Georgetown, ahem, Big East games on Christmas Day. No CU games, but some fun time capsules nonetheless:
Butler vs Marquette, 2013 NCAA Tournament
St. Johns vs Georgetown, 1984
St. Johns vs Georgetown, 1985
Villanova vs Georgetown, 1985 NCAA Title Game

To be fair, UFC is their main (kind of only) ratings getter right now

Yeah, I wasn't being critical... I spent a lot of time on FS2 last night...!

Then the announcement of the FOX deal and I had some concerns.
As it appears out those concerns were valid.
-Fox is tying their video graphics and music (the ridiculous trumpet them they have used for NFL games for years) - the robot animation, etc.
Amazing what they are paying to get these games and then use this amateurish presentation
-The in studio announcers are unwatchable and worse than the B10 network (how could they be that bad)
-And to top it all off, this is the same race bating, right wing network of Sean Hannity, Carl Rove, Megan Kelly et al. Now you see all the cross promotion to Fox News.
This turns my stomach. I wonder how many of the Catholic presidents are now throwing up a little bit in their mouth now knowing that the national face of their
programs are tied to Sarah Palin and Neil Cavuto. And too think that our new Pope has all but rejected the right wing hardline economic, step on the downtrodden
biased and racist Fox New editorial stance
Would be interested to see how many old school Catholics are nauseated by this turn of events.
