Just kidding guys !

They're the preseason pick to win their conference and have size for a midmajor school: 5'10, 6'4, 6'7, 6'8, 6'10 starting line up with 3 more players over 6'6 on the bench. They also can shoot the 3. This will not be a walk in the park for Georgetown and if it is then it will be impressive. I never like playing after long layoffs and the Hoyas haven't played since the 7th.

Kenpom projects a 91% chance of GT winning. It could be close early, but it should be at minimum a brisk stroll by the under-16 media timeout in the second half. Elon is currently the second worst offensive rebounding team in the country and they don't get to the line much, which more than cancels out for good three-point shooting, especially when they're not really good at anything on the defensive side of the ball except to a degree (strangely) rebounding. I could see their high rate of shooting the three keeping them in the game if they're making them, but in the long run over 40 minutes, I'd be worried about Georgetown if this is still an actual game in the last 10 minutes.

Rhode Island is supposed to get some snow, so I may have to watch from my living room.
7pm: Yale at Providence, FS1.
7pm: Elon at Georgetown, CBSSN.
8pm: Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Creighton, FS2.
9pm: Ball State at Marquette, FS1.
Solid opportunity for a 4-0 night.

Billy Jack, being that I'm in connecticut, I guess I'll have to root for the Yalies tonight. LOL.
Actually I'm really looking forward to this game because too many PC games early in the season have been on CBSSN, which I don't get. And the Kentucky game left a bad taste in my mouth.
BTW, sorry to hear of the demise of for namesake. Were you a fan?
