Any early news one that 4* Texas recruit Tyler Harris. He braved the weather to be there. And where can I get one of those pics for RU?

SHU tried their best to lose that one. 20 turnovers. Fouled three 3-point shooters. Oliver got ejected. And most of the stupidity came in the last 10 minutes when they were up a dozen. This team has talent- they're a good team. What they don't have is the killer instinct that makes a great team. A great team takes that 10-12 point lead midway through the 2nd half and puts the game away. Especially against a weaker opponent. SHU has been in that position in just about every game they've played so far, but in almost all of them, they started making mental errors and let the opponent back in the game. They even let a couple of the games get away completely.

If they keep this up, SHU is going to get buried in the Big East this year. If they can keep their heads though, they'll be able to compete.

I'd say over half of both of the CU and NU fan bases would like that game to go away.

Basically we feel that we don't need to be using a home and home up on them, and they have for years felt they have been the superior program (!) and don't like being forced into playing us.

I think it's time for a break.

I would think a chance to beat a B1G team every year would be a good incentive for keeping the game. Victories over RU will have that added benefit for SHU each time we close the deal over those guys.

Rutgers hardly qualifies as a "real" B1G team (just like when RU was in the Big East they still were not a Big East team). Give me a real B1G team instead, thank you.
