Looks like Georgetown will have no trouble getting us to 3-0 on the night and 5-0 since the catastrophe that was Sunday. Hopefully Depaul can keep us rolling tomorrow.

Just happy to get the win. Crowd was deafening, the rivalry is intense, and URI has a good young team. Tonight's game was like the old Friar-Ram matchups from the late 70's. PC now has 12 days to rest before Yale on the 17th. Cooley in an interview with Gillen had a throwaway line about looking forward to some rest and getting some more help back in the second semester... this has got our board talking about maybe the freshmen returning?

would it be the freshmen or Dunn?

Also Cooley and Hurley got into it during a stoppage in play late in the game, true interstate hate/rivalry. It was great.

Hoyas roll. Looked pretty impressive when we were trying. High Point is picked to win the Big South so hopefully they'll rack up wins in conference for us. Held their leading scored John Brown to 8 points when he was averaging 21.7 a game and was the 16th most efficient player in the country according to kenpom. Great Defensive job by the Hoyas.

All speculation and hope, but my impression was that the reference was like plural, so I was thinking the freshmen...

bummer, from what I've seen/heard, I'd kind of think that Dunn would be more of a help.... Not that the freshmen won't help....

Right now i'd rather have the 2 freshman at least they're fully healthy. Dunn wasn't even before his last game.

No offense, but how is SHU a 13 point favorite in a game vs. an LIU team that has been rock solid for a while now? They may have lost some of the guys from those teams, but that program has been quite good recently. SHU just lost to one of the worst teams in D-1 in FDU. Hopefully they do win by 13, but I'm just surprised.

Seriously!? SHU should NEVER be a dog to a team like LIU! Geez! We beat them by like 35 last year! The way you talk LIU is a Big East team and SHU belongs in whatever conference they play in! Please, get over yourself!

This Seton Hall game is embarrassing. There is absolutely no one in the stands.

Our OOC sucks and we crapped the bed against lowly FDU! I was there though and we did get more people as the game went on. Still, attendance is not where I would like to see it at and where it has been in the past.
