UT Arlington - 38

Tennessee Martin - 130

We are just listing SOS for random non Big East teams right?

No we are listing the SOS for teams that have only loss to a top 10 team (by one after leading for 39 min) and also were not invited to the BE for some unknown reason.
Oh I forgot, the Jesuit schools did not want the largest priviate university (Marist Catholic institution) in Ohio included.

tsmithohio1234, as a fellow Dayton fan, I would ask you not to post stuff like this on the Big East board. It just reaffirms negative perceptions about the Kool-Aide drinking Dayton fans. We could have played better the last 20 years and made it an easy choice for the Big East to select Dayton and we did not. Butler and Xavier played much better the past 20 years than we did -- they earned it.

Let's hope our play speaks for itself if the Big East expands again. Until that time, lets not alienate all the Big East fans. I hope the Big East does well.

Isn't there an A10 board somewhere that Dayton fans can post on? It's getting tiresome having all of this discussion of Dayton in all of these threads about BIG EAST teams. I used to respect Dayton and its fans -- now I'm starting to see what others have been saying all this time.

Yeah, ruechalgrin was on the verge of improving my opinion of Dayton fans in general, but there's always a tsmithohio to come along and ruin it. I don't even dislike Dayton fans as a whole, they mostly seem like any other passionate fan base. The problem is some of them get too full of themselves when their team is playing well and feel the need to come on our boards and tell us what's up.

Also, @tsmithohio;
Relax, there's no Jesuit plot against Dayton. Jesuit schools tend to outnumber other orders because that's what the Jesuit mission is, to educate and serve ad majorem Dei gloriam. That means there's a good chance that more Jesuit order institutions will be successful than other orders (just based on pure numbers, not percentages). It was coincidentat that 2 of the best basketball schools available happened to be Jesuit when expansion occurred. If there was some plot to become the "Jesuit League" or some other nonsense, don't you think SLU, Detroit Mercy, maybe even Fordham, would have been invited instead of Butler? So why was Butler invited? Simple, they play great basketball. That's all the C7 were looking for.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

From an outsider (interested in all college hoops) looking in i think tsmith is a troll and you guys are playing right into it. Picking a generic name like tsmith1234 smells of trolls I've seen on other boards. I could be wrong but looks like someone who is against dayton and wants to make their fans look bad.

Either way if ken Pom says your team is predicted to do well id take it. While it is updated after each game there is a large enough sample to give a good prediction. However, with BE conference play set up the way it is we will see how accurate it really is for you guys or if you end up beating each other up
