Creighton really out of sync here. down 10 and SD State has the ball. Real Dangerous game here for Creighton. Nova down 3 in Atlantis.

Creighton is the 1 team we are all counting on to keep winning. If Creighton loses and you have to figure Nova likely loses to #2 Kansas, this is easily the worst day of the new conference.

By the way, Nova playing right with Kansas like they are the #3 ranked team. This is something the Johnnies have never done…we would be down 30 by now with Kansas. The 1 thing I've always loved about Nova is that they don't care who you are. They will play with any team in the country even if you are a top 3 team.

The rest of the teams have disappointed so much that I'm not sure a Nova win is even anything to get too giddy about now (unless you are a Nova fan of course). I would have thought more teams would be undefeated right now. I have learned my lesson: you cannot ever expect the Johnnies to win gimmes. From Longwood to Fordham…doesn't matter. I know it may seem harsh, but I can't wait to blow this SJ team up and start fresh. I'm already finished with this team. Thank god I didn't pay the $25 round trip LIRR ticket and the nearly $50 for a bad seat in the nosebleeds tonight at the Barclays. And people wonder why our attendance sucks…we never give any reason for hope. The way things are going it seems like 2011 was 10 years ago when we were legitimately good.

We actually may not even have a ranked team for a while if this keeps up. Some of us will have to go on very long winning streaks and collect some signature wins. If SJ loses tomorrow you have to wonder if we aren't totally finished already. Sorry guys, still fuming over that ridiculous loss from a missed FT.

Anyway, let's go Nova. God it must be nice being a Nova fan…they always go out there and perform their best regardless of if it's Kansas, Kentucky, Duke, Cuse, L'Ville, etc. They are always prepared and always know how to draw fouls. You Nova fans are spoiled…good luck hoping for the big win.
